I have the best, nicest, coolest, and most reliable friends a man could ask for. Friends are truly hard to find. As the days, months, and years of life pass, so do people we meet. Even friends come and go. But the true friends that one encounters along the journey of life are ALWAYS there when you need them. That is what sets them apart from just friends. No matter what happens, true friends stay by your side and help you. That does not mean they agree with what you say or do, but they care for your general well-being. They care that you have a bad day or a good day. They want to hear and know and REMEMBER what you have to say. True friends know what to say and what not to say. They are there for you with an umbrella on rainy days and a place for shade on sunny days. Friends are there to laugh with you and to cry with you. Friends are their to make fun of you when the Lakers lose and when the Lakers win. My wish is to not find the best friends I can but to be the best friend I can be to all of those I come into contact with. It is not easy. People will reject and not always accept friendship. We must remember we cannot control that. All that we can control are our actions and the type of friend we can be. Thank you to all of my friends.
